About me
My name is Dena Ramirez, and I am the proud Founder and Instructor of The Ramirez Institute of Sterile Processing. I have been a Certified Registered Central Service Processing Technician, Certified Instrument Specialist, and a Certified Healthcare Leader since 2011. I am a graduate of Quinnipiac University where I earned my Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership. I started teaching the Sterile Processing Course in 2015 at Naugatuck Valley Community College located in Waterbury, CT- since that time I have taught many classes and met many wonderful people.
I am a mother to two young men, so teaching for me has always been about leading by example.
