I’m Dena, founder of the Ramirez Institute. I have worked in sterile processing since 2011 and have been educating future professionals since 2016.

Why I teach

I founded the Ramirez Institute to help students build their knowledge of sterile processing and prepare for the CBSPD certification exam.

My approach connects classroom topics with the responsibilities of a sterile processing department, helping students understand both the material and its purpose.
